The club welcomes everyone from absolute beginners to the best of the best and with five trampolines and enough qualified coaches to cover them, there is plenty of opportunity to learn all the moves. You can start with a simple bounce and end up doing multiple twists and somersaults - but whatever the level, the threshold of skill is low. Almost anyone of any age can get on and do something which is fun, exhilarating, aerobically effective, and caters for the highest level of skill and daring which some are capable of.
Bouncers of all experience levels are welcome to attend any session. Please don't feel you have to come to every session, though we would love to see you there twice a week if possible!
There are also opportunities to compete against other universities from all over the UK and Ireland. Highlights of the competitive season include the notorious Irish Open, bettered only by the Scottish Open – a mad weekend of bouncing, drinking, mountains of food and a very random Sunday afternoon.
After all the bouncing there is the usual post-practice food and drink session and with all the nights out and random banter, we’ll all have gotten to know each other pretty well by the end of the year. If you want any more up-to-date information, you’ll find it all on our website or feel free to send us an e-mail.
